TOUR STORY: VOLUME 1
Tour Story: Volume 1 is a photo book created with my longtime collaborator Murs, documenting life on the road through the shows, travel, friendships, and quieter moments that happen between stops.
The project came together during a difficult time in my life. After my dad passed away following a long battle with cancer, Murs invited me to join him on tour as a way to get out of my head and clear my mind. I brought my camera, started documenting the experience, and what began as something personal slowly became a larger record of our time on the road.
I photographed the tour, Murs wrote the book, selected and sequenced the images, developed the structure, and oversaw the design and production of the final printed piece.
The book was later sold on Murs’ final tour, where all 1,000 printed copies sold out.
The result is part tour diary, part photo archive, and part document of a friendship during a moment when I needed it most.
MURS - F.A.M.I.L.Y. (Official Music Video)
F.A.M.I.L.Y. is a music video I conceived, directed, and edited for my longtime collaborator Murs.
The film is built around the internal pull he feels while doing what he loves. He is grateful for the fans, the shows, and the life music has given him, but even in the middle of it all, part of him is always trying to get back home to his family.
I developed the concept and directed Murs on an XR stage, where we filmed him driving through a series of changing environments. That footage was combined with performance moments I had shot across multiple tours over the years, along with more intimate scenes filmed at home.
In the edit, I brought those three worlds together to create a film about life on the road, appreciation for the people who support you, and the place your mind keeps returning to when the work is done.
